The Keck Medical Center of USC is committed to fulfilling its mission of becoming a recognized,
top-tier academic medical center delivering personalized, compassionate and innovative care.
To achieve this mission, we have created a comprehensive, three-year strategic plan to define our collective vision, priorities and goals.
The plan incorporates the voices of more than 1,500 physicians and staff from across the organization, and is the result of a collaborative effort of key stakeholders producing innovative strategies and tactics to propel the enterprise forward. It serves as a clinical roadmap, and will lead our efforts to invest in existing programs while also developing a broader network of care.
In the plan, we identify five key areas of focus: people and collaboration, quality, service and access, resource management and growth. These strategic pillars will guide our activities in the years to come, ensuring that we stay the course toward clinical excellence for USC.
The Keck Medical Center of USC is comprised of Keck Hospital of USC, USC Norris Cancer
Hospital, USC Care Medical Group Inc., and affiliated satellites throughout the community.
